Tante Paula
NATURALLY CLOUDY, SMOOTH
An unfiltered, bottom-fermented beer, light full beer. When poured into the glass, Paula shines in a rich golden orange. On the nose, it unfolds a balanced mix of hoppy citrus and rustic malt aromas, with a hint of forest honey. Paula is balanced and mild, with a slightly hoppy finish.
Onkel Josef
DARK, MALTY
An unfiltered, top-fermented beer, dark full beer! Josef greets us with its rustic, chocolate-brown color and firm, cream-colored foam. The nose reveals rich malt aromas with a slightly caramelly sweetness and a hint of roasted coffee. The very first sip confirms this impression and, in addition to the sweet and caramel-like aromas, also brings bread-like and chocolaty impressions. The finish confirms the impression of this wonderful, well-balanced representative of the typical dark beer.
Tante Liesl
FRESH, PERLIG
An unfiltered, top-fermented beer, light wheat beer. The fine bubbles that rise up in this honey-coloured wheat beer can be recognized in the glass. Above the firm foam, we are greeted by an intense aroma of fruits such as bananas and pears. In the mouth, you can feel the pleasant, refreshing tingling of the carbon dioxide, mixed with banana and caramel flavors. After the drink, exciting spicy notes of clove and nutmeg remain, inviting you to take the next sip. Cheers!
